"Our experience with the Wine Trail and Old Mountain Winery was absolutely outstanding, largely thanks to Frank and his exceptional service. We first visited in October and had the pleasure of meeting Frank, who immediately made the experience smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. Because of that great first visit, we returned again during Christmas week with a large group—and once again, Frank exceeded all expectations. Managing a large party over multiple days can be challenging, but Frank handled everything effortlessly. He was quick to organize, incredibly patient, and never showed any frustration . His customer service was truly five-star, making sure everyone in our group felt taken care of and had a great experience. We can’t recommend the Wine Trail and Old Mountain Winery enough, especially if you have the chance to work with Frank. "ENJOYED VISITING HERE,the WINE TASTING was DELIGHTFUL.BEAUTIFUL PLACE ,with TABLES INSIDE and OUT,BAR AREAS for tastings, as well as FIREPITS on the patio with comfy seating to enjoy drinks and socialize. The staff here conducted tastings perfectly.MY FAVORITE was the HIGHLAND WHITE WINE.THE BLOODY MARYS, ARE MADE TO PERFECTION AS WELL.STOP BY AND ENJOY THIS PLACE ,FUN TO HANGOUT HERE .SEVERAL STORES,RESTAURANTS& VENUES, IN CLOSE WALKING DISTANCE TO VISIT."
"This was stop #3 on our Gatlinburg Wine Tour. This was BY FAR the best stop of the tour. Situated at the end of the strip in Old Gatlinburg, it was much less crowded and a much nicer facility that the others in the main drag of the strip. The place was decorated tastefully, it was well lit, and very clean. You can see the fermenting tanks in the back of the facility.... That right there made it stand out from the rest. It had a more charming and sofisticated feel to it. But what truly separates it from the others it the lounging area. Three fire pits, plenty of seating, and live music!!! It was so nice....so peaceful it was amazing. On top of the tasting, we had a peach sangria slushy and it was might tasty. Do yourself a favor and visit this place."
