"Super cool spot to pull off and watch the water pour over the man made falls. Loggers used dynamite in the late 1800’s to clear a log jam and accident made the “The Sinks”. Don’t let the beautiful scenery fool you. This spot is dangerous with heavy down force currents. Do not get in the water here. Enjoy the scenery and be respectful."
"We had a nice time hiking and exploring here. The parking lot is rather small. It seemed like most people just stayed their 15 or so free minutes and left. We explored and hiked for a little over an hour and a half. You do need a parking tag here. We bought ours at the visitor center beforehand. The hiking is all up hill and there are so many tree roots."
