"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The location was outstanding, and the property was beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and inviting, and the staff throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish, specially Ilker at the restaurant was always very nice. The only downside during our stay was the housekeeping service. While the bed was made daily and towels were replaced, the room was not vacuumed, the bed was not made thoroughly, and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. Despite this, our experience was still very positive, and we would recommend this hotel. With some improvement in housekeeping consistency, the stay would be truly flawless. We would gladly consider returning in the future."

"This is an exceptional property and location couldn't be any better. You're connected to Gatlinburg downtown the moment you step of the property. Also its only 2-3 miles away from Smokies entrance. We loved the ambience and vibe of the property. Excellent staff and service. Rooms are spacious and view from balcony is beautiful especially those facing Anakeesta. Pool was clean and fireplace area was worth spending time with family. Food is great and there barista offers latte at cheaper price compare to other big coffee sellers. Will definitely stay here if we visit again to Gatlinburg."

"Great stay! The rooms were nice and spacious, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and loved how well everything was organized—DJ, casino night, midnight toast, and fireworks viewing. Such a fun and memorable way to celebrate!"
