"Tonight we went to Tom & Earl's Back Alley Grill for dinner. The food was good; I had the dyin' man which is a thick slice of fried bologna with bacon and BBQ brisket while my husband had the chilli cheese fries. I got the baked beans and potato salad, the beans were good but I wasn't fond of the potato salad because it is may and sour cream based ( we prefer mustard potato salad). The beer battered fries are to die for and the sweet tea is top notch. The atmosphere is great and they have a patio so that you can enjoy your meal with your pups like we did. The only reason I'm eating 4 stars is because they seemed a bit short staffed, but they did an amazing job."

"First thing is first, the food was really nice. The service was pretty good and the lady and quite attentive. The issue i have is we were split up as a party. There is a weird rule of no bigger than 8. We had 2 teenagers, 8 adults and 2 babies. We were not allowed inside at al,l and were split into two tables. We are a family of 4 visiting from the UK and I wasn't able to interact with my wife. If it was super busy i'd understand. It wasn't. Nice server, good food..... Silly rules."

"Nice quaint location near the aquarium and a road off the main Gatlinburg drag way. Our party came in around 12:15 on a weekday and the restaurant was not busy at all. Most of our dishes were fine and neither bad nor great… your typical sandwiches, wraps, chicken tenders, etc. We waited (with a toddler) 15-20 minutes and the savings grace was some decent 70-80s music playing over the sound system. Our waitress checked back several times and was attentive to refills, etc. Overall, this was an easy lunch place but not one that I’d go out of the way to place on your itinerary."
