"i stayed here on Valentine's weekend this year and i was in LOVE with everything about this place. it's definitely a no-frills kind of hotel but that's what i love about it. it has a bit of an old-timey feel while being newly repainted and with Roku TVs! private smoking area, rooms located not too close to the road (especially the back building) and close proximity to the Parkway make this a 10/10 hotel for me! the management was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. we'll be returning soon :)"

"Rooms are updated and comfortable. They are close enough to town to walk or take the trolley, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the Smokies and feel at home. The service is amazing and the staff is very friendly and make sure you are comfortable. To top it all off you have a good chance of seeing bears from your room. Will definitely be back"

"We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. While Gatlinburg is more touristy than I imagined, it was closest to the National Park. This hotel was perfect, just up and off the main road enough to give us peace and quiet from the tourist attractions. If one wanted to, they could easily walk to and from these attractions. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and QUIET. What a blessing it is to be able to sleep through the night in a hotel. I also appreciated hot showers and cool A/C. All hotel staff were friendly and polite. I was met with genuine enthusiasm and a smile every time I so much as walked by hotel staff. It made this trip so much more enjoyable to stay at a place like this- where hotel guests were respectful and the staff cared. I would stay here again."
