Smoky Mountain Chalet Rentals

"Best first experience for me! Clear instructions on how to get to my cabin, they sent me what I’ll need versus what they already got, a list of nearby grocery store’s and consistent emails helping me get excited and prepared! The cabin was clean, and cozy! Hot tub was clean, bathrooms clean, it was all very clean and Spacious! Also I love that the location literally was about 10 mins to the pigeon ford strip and about 15 mins from that step to the gatlinburg strip. I may not be exact but it was close to both strips! I had a great time and I’ll definitely do it again!"

"This was a perfect location. This is a corner unit and the area was surprisingly very quiet being just above the main roadway in and out of Pigeon Forge. Every night we were able to enjoy the fireworks and laser show put on by Dollywood it was great. Since we were there over the July 4th holiday we also got to listen to all the festivities and concerts in Patriot Park just across the highway from us without having to deal with the 100 degree temps and tons of people. That evening we were able to watch the fire works from the same comfort. The unit itself is as advertised and was wonderful and cozy. The bedroom is up front so very quiet and with dark out curtains was great for sleeping after a busy day of activities. The complex also has a pool and lazy river with plenty of chairs and tables around for use. Parking was never an issue. We are already making plans for our next visit and will definitely plan to stay here."

"First time not renting through VRBO/AIRBNB so was a little nervous…but this was a FANTASTIC experience! They called to let me know the unit was ready and then called the next to make sure everything was good with the rental. The until was nicely stocked with kitchen essentials. There was a starter kit basically of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and even toiletries! The unit was clean and very comfy. Loved the patio and having a washer/dryer. The free tickets to local attractions was such a great bonus! Highly recommend renting thru this great company!"
