The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was quiet, safe, and in a great location, making it very convenient to get around and enjoy nearby attractions. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and how well the hotel is taken care of. It truly made us feel comfortable and at home. This stay made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an overall excellent experience."
"The rooms aren’t the most up to date, but they were very clean and well maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Coming back to the room felt like walking into a completely fresh space each time. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the feather pillows were amazing, some of the best hotel pillows I’ve slept on in a long time. The restaurant was a mixed experience. Monday night was amazing, the chicken milanese was so good it had me craving it again and willing to pay almost $30 for it. Thursday night, same dish, totally different experience. Borderline acceptable at best, so I’m guessing different cooks. That one was disappointing. The bar itself was fantastic, and the bartender on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights was absolutely amazing. She treated us exceptionally well and truly stood out. She also made the best Shirley Temple for our child, which ended up being her favorite part of the night every time. That kind of attention and kindness really made our stay feel special. The pool was absolutely magical for our 5-year-old and was a big highlight of the trip. The only downside was the hot tub. No jets, so it was basically just soaking in a very warm bath. Front desk check-in was… not warm and fuzzy. The staff member seemed like he hated his life, but honestly, who actually likes being at work. Other staff interactions were fine. One concerning moment was Thursday when it was very windy. The whole hotel smelled like propane or some type of gas, which was a little alarming. No one died, so I assume it was normal, but still worth mentioning. The shuttle to downtown Gatlinburg was super convenient and a huge plus. And best of all, we didn’t get attacked by a single bear. Overall, a solid stay with some highs and a few quirks. We’d absolutely stay again, especially for the pool, shuttle access, comfortable beds, and that amazing bartender."
Consider visiting when you can fully utilize the downtown shuttle, especially during peak season when downtown parking can be challenging.
