"All of the food was hot and fresh! The beer battered fries, wings, and smash burger were delicious. The wings with the Real Puckin Hot sauce were perfection. Bae also really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and fries. Our server was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better!"

"Best sports bar in Gatlinburg. Can/bottled beer $5.50 which is very reasonable compared to other places. BEST WINGS EVER!!! Puckers Hot was our favorite. Korey (bartender) was very attentive and of course, drinks are always ice cold. Whitney was a wonderful server and went out of her way to take care of us. Highly recommend!!!"

"We had the absolute best experience at Puckers, and a huge part of that was our bartender, Korey! I don’t drink alcohol, and instead of making me feel limited, he created the most amazing mocktail Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. It was full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and honestly better than many regular cocktails I’ve seen. Korey was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations on things to do around Gatlinburg and truly made us feel taken care of from start to finish. His personality and attention to detail made our visit so memorable. & let me just say, the loaded Buffalo fries are an absolute must. So good! We will 100% be back to see Korey at Puckers every time we’re in town. Highly recommend!"
