C&C Construction of East Tennessee

"We worked with C&C in 2021 to build a big cabin in Gatlinburg. We would visit the construction on occasion and were always surprised at the level of detail, professionalism and integrity of their crews. We once walked in and saw the plumbers cleaning up after their work. This surprised us because our prior experience building in another state was the exact opposite. When we decided to build again in Gatlinburg in 2025, it was a no brainer to pick C&C again. Both cabins are great and we're glad we found C&C. David and his team run a great operation and are real pros and great folks."

"My wife and I hired C&C to demolish an old house and build a new one on the site. C&C was great to work with, and all of their subs were top notch and very professional. We currently live in Atlanta where it is so difficult to get quality craftsmanship - it was truly a pleasure to work with a company that cared about quality and making the customer happy. Extremely responsive and easy to deal with. We would definitely use them again and have referred others to them."

"Following a setback with another builder, my wife and I reached out to C&C Construction of East Tennessee, LLC to assist us in building our first home. From our initial meeting with David Carr to discussions with the project team, we had a remarkable experience. They ensured that the options offered were within our budget for the new home. The subcontractors and trade partners that C&C collaborated with were not only tidy and organized but also exceptionally skilled. Everyone—from the office staff to the project managers—was friendly, highly talented, and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I cannot recommend their team highly enough; they truly made our dream of owning our a quality first home a reality."
